Counter-Strike 2 heads to Singapore for the first Major in Southeast Asia

The second Counter-Strike 2 Major of 2026 is just weeks away. The PGL Major Singapore runs from November 25 to December 13, with 32 teams competing for a $1.25 million prize pool. It is the first CS2 Major ever held in Southeast Asia, and the final four days, including the best-of-five Grand Final, take place at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Team Falcons arrive as the reigning Major champions after winning the IEM Cologne Major earlier this year, while Team Vitality have been the team of the season, collecting a string of titles including IEM Kraków, PGL Cluj-Napoca, BLAST Open Rotterdam, IEM Rio and ESL Pro League Season 24.
The road to Singapore is still heating up. FURIA came back from 2–1 down to beat BetBoom Team in the Thunderpick World Championship 2026 final, and the PGL Masters Bucharest is under way as teams fine-tune for the Major. It is also the closest a CS2 Major has been to Indian fans in time zones, making it one of the most watchable Majors yet for the region.
